Woodland Elopement | Huffington Post Feature

Received an email out of the blue the other day from Huffington Post requesting to feature one of my images of a bride in a biker jacket. I feel so blessed to receive a nod for the fun biker jacket. So random and so fun and a much needed bolt of encouragement going into 2017.

This gorgeous elopement in the woods started out as a styled shoot collaboration with local wedding vendors but ended up as a beautiful, real elopement for Candice and Bradley (owners of Blush Bridal in Fayetteville, NC). Our models had been engaged for quite sometime and were just so busy building a business and doing life and being awesome that it just kept getting pushed. Mary Jane, our event designer knew them personally and convinced them to just use the opportunity to tie the knot. We called my pastor and he dropped what he was doing to marry them. We found a violinist to set the mood and my friend Jeremiah agreed to video the whole thing.

It was a magical day and I’m so glad that I fell in love with Candice and Bradley because now I can warmly say, that I witnessed two dear friends becoming one.

Thank you so much Huffington Post for the shout out!
